My main specialisation is in areas of company law, real estate and trading, but in addition to that I do provide advise in other areas of law.
Communication and work is done in English, Latvian and Russian languages.
The main service portfolio includes (but not limited to):
- Commercial law - incorporation, restructuring, insolvency;
- International trading: contract evaluation, negotiations, preparation;
- debt intelligence, Due Diligenece projects;
- real estate: contracts, negotiations, legal framework;
- fronting and representation services.
Routine legal support for companies can be offered on the basis of long-term maintenance contract.
Representation and fronting services are perfomed for both business and private individuals non-resident in the Republic of Latvia.
The pricing structure is simple and straight-forward - the fee is per task, not per hour (excluding court representations).
